  1. Combine onion, green onions, pepper. lime juice, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, and salt in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until mixture forms a moist paste.
  2. Coat pork on all sides with paste; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  3. Prepare coals or preheat broiler. Place pork on grill and cook until no longer pink, turning once.
