Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ~Pre-heat oven to 350*F
  2. *Straight from the container, (do not rinse or dry) coat oysters in bread crumbs.
  3. *fry oysters in oil about 45 sec. on each side (until rich golden brown)
  4. *place cooked oysters on paper towels to dry, top each w/ a pinch of shredded cheese.
  5. *place topped oysters (on paper towels) in oven just until cheese is melting. (2-5 min)
  6. ~serve
