Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture.
  2. As the egg sets, lift sections of omelet with a spatual and tilit the skillet slightly to allow uncooked egg to run under cooked egg.
  3. Cover and cook for 30 seconds, or just until the egg is set.
  4. Meanwhile, put jelly in small bowl and stir.
  5. Pour jelly over center of omelet.
  6. Fold omelet in half. Pour onto plate and cut into wedges.
  7. ENJOY!
