Ingredients:

  • 1 large package of cherry jello
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 package (8oz) philadelphia cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 can (14oz) crushed pineapple

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple
  2. Prepare jello using the two cups of hot water followed by the cold
  3. Place 1/2 cup of jello and cream cheese in a blender and liquify
  4. Add remaining jello, nuts, and pineapple to blender and gently stir to blend.
  5. Pour into a chilled jelly mold.
  6. Place the mold in the refigerator for 2 or 3 hours to firm.
  7. This dessert becomes more elegant if served with whipped cream and decorated with fresh whole strawberries.
