Jell-o Easter Candy Pudding Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 4 servings, package. jell-o instant pudding
  • 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 3 cups sifted icing sugar
  • 6 squares each baker's white and semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:

  1. Stir pudding, water, margarine in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in sugar by cupfuls, stirring until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Form into 1 1/2 egg shapes.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Partially melt chocolate in separate bowls over hot water until 2/3 melted.
  6. Remove from heat, continue stirring until all chocolate is melted, smooth.
  7. Dip eggs into chocolate; decorate with colored sprinkles or swirl icing over them, or child's name written on them or
  8. Flowers or dots.
