Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp gingerroot, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp umeboshi, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix in a blender for 30 seconds.
