Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soba Noodles: Cook in boiling water for 4 minutes. Rinse under cold water 4-5 times draining the water each time to get rid of extra starch.
  2. Boil the water, add noodles and cook until tender.
  3. Saute the veggies in the sesame oil for 4 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and cook for 4 more minutes.
  5. Add the ginger and soy sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions & Serve.
