Directions:

  1. Pour the lime juice and soy sauce in a small bowl. Add the chili paste and garlic and shake well to mix. Set aside.
  2. Place shredded cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to mix.
  4. Chill.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves.
