Directions:

  1. Add 1 tsp. oil to non-stick skillet. Add celery, onions, bell peppers and 1 tsp. chopped garlic. Cook until wilted. Transfer vegetables to an oven proof dutch oven. Add rice, broth and tomato sauces. Bring to a boil. Add shredded(cooked) chicken, sausage, and shrimp. Bring to another boil. Cover and put in 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours.DO NOT STIR> Remove from ove and let stand 20 minutes. Rice should be soft. Now you can stir!
