(Jamaican) Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mince the garlic and pepper (you don't want big pieces of pepper or garlic) note: To control the heat, you can certainly remove the seeds from the pepper and discard.
  2. Heat garlic, oil, salt and habanero peppers, you may also add allspice if you like.
  3. Add shrimps and paprika to the mixture and stir often .
  4. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add vinegar and continue to stir & cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
  8. Serve warm or cold.
