  1. Pre-heat the oven to 325°F
  2. Chop the chilies, and sprinkle them on the bottom of a 10 pie pan or quiche dish. Top with the cheese and pour over the beaten eggs.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for about 15 minutes and then cut into 1 squares to serve.
