Ingredients:

  • 348 g onions
  • 14 1/2 oz caned tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Bake 4 boneless skinless chicken Breast In Over at 400 Till done about 1 hour. Let cool. Spray a Pan with some Pam.
  2. Cook dice onions in a pan. While their cooking rip chicken into little peaces. Cook till the onions are soft and the chicken has some color. Add Enchilada Sauce. I used half of a 19oz can. Cook until most of the liquid is gone. It should look like chicken mash. Use as filling.
