Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can corn
  • 1 (16 oz) can black beans
  • 1 (16 oz) can chickpeas
  • 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Bring the last 5 ingredients to a boil. Let cool and pour over vegetables.
  2. This salad will keep for up to 4wks in fridge. Use as salad or dip for tortilla chips.
