Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Hydrate dried wakame by soaking in a bowl of water.
  2. Mix sliced cucumber and onion with salt and set aside for a few minutes. Squeeze moisture out and drain well.
  3. Drain wakame and add to onion and cucumber. Add rice vinegar and soy sauce and mix.
