  2. Blend together first 5 ingredients. J
  3. Ust before frying shrimp, fold egg whites into batter.
  4. Heat oven to 250 degrees to hold fried shrimp.
  5. Pour 3 to 4 inches of vegetable oil into a large saucepan.
  6. Coat shrimp with batter.
  7. When oil reaches 350 degrees on deep-fat thermometer, add shrimp, about 8 at a time.
  8. When shrimp are golden brown, remove from oil. Drain briefly on paper towel then transfer to warm oven.
  9. Serve with Galliano sauce.
  10. Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients together. Chill 4 hours.
