Italian Sausage spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 (1 oz) can diced tomato
  • 1 (1 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Place sausages in frying pan, adding vinegar and water to cover.
  2. Boil until 3/4 reduced.
  3. Drain.
  4. Brown sausages in pan.
  5. Remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces.
  6. Combine all other ingredients in pan and simmer for an hour or more.
