Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, combine pancake mix, sausage, cheeses, milk and seasoning. Knead with hands until pancake mix is worked inches.
  3. Prepare 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
  4. Form 1 tablespoon sized balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with barbecue sauce and/or honey mustard for dipping.
