Directions:

  1. Coat slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Place bell peppers, onion and garlic on bottom.
  3. Arrange sausage over vegetables.
  4. Combine marinara sauce and wine, pour over all.
  5. Cover and cook 8 hrs on low heat or 4 hrs on high.
