Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • soy sauce to taste
  • salt to taste (you won'tsp need much if any, because there's a lot of in the soy sauce)
  • sugar to taste until it's not too tart

Directions:

  1. Just throw everything into a bowl and stir well.
  2. Once it's well blended, toss it over romaine lettuce.
  3. Add croutons, and some Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Voila, you have a fantastic salad.
