Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine crushed cookies and melted margarine and press in 9x13 dish.
  2. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine confectioners sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of margarine.
  4. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 8 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and stir with vanilla. Set aside to cool.
  6. Slice ice cream into 3/4 inch slices and place them in a single layer on top of the crust.
  7. Sprinkle the peanut butter chips on the slices.
  8. Place in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
