Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Combine seasoning, salt and oil; sprinkle evenly over meat.
  2. Preheat frypan or skillet to 350°F.
  3. Fry chicken breast until cooked, about 5-10 minutes.
