Italian Beef Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans beef broth
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen vegetables and pasta, broccoli corn and carrots in garlic-seasond sauce (green giant-pasta accents or birdseye eye- pasta
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 tsp dried italian seasoning, crushed

Directions:

  1. In a dutch oven, cook ground beef until brown, Drain well.
  2. Add bee broth, pasta with mixed vegetables, tomatoes, tomato juice, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Bring to a boil, recuce heat.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender.
  5. Ladle into soup bowls.
  6. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan Cheese.
