Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl measure in flours, bran, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  2. Mix together and make a well in center.
  3. Pour in buttermilk and oil.
  4. Stir just to moisten.
  5. Scrape into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.,.
  7. Remove from pan to cool.
  8. Serve plain or toasted.
  9. IRISH RAISIN BREAD; add 1 cup raisins.
