Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the apple pieces gently for a few minutes, stirring often, until slightly cooked but still “al dente.” They will disintegrate slightly but there should still be some semi-solid pieces.
  2. Add lemon juice to taste. Remove from heat and serve warm.
  3. Ingrid prepared this with no other ingredients, but you could add a little cardamom, pumpkin pie spice, etc.
