Ingredients:

  • 1/2 - oz simple syrup (see note ), or to taste
  • 1/2 - oz triple sec
  • note: to make simple syrup, place equal amounts of water and superfine sugar in a bottle and shake until the sugar is dissolved.

Directions:

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Place the raspberries, lime juice, water and simple syrup in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  3. Place the vodka, raspberry sauce and Triple Sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until cold. Stain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.
