Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Heat oil in saute pan
  3. Add next 7 ingredients and saute until slightly tender
  4. Mix milk, sour cream, Bisquick, and eggs until blended
  5. Put sauteed veggies into 9 in. pie plate
  6. Sprinkle cheese over top of veggies
  7. Pour Bisquick mixture into pie plate
  8. Bake for 30 minutes
