Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1-1/2 inches.
  3. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
  4. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon over Parmesan cheese.
  5. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 seconds with hand beater 1 minute or until smooth.
  6. Pour into pie plate.
  7. Bake 30 minutes.
  8. Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool 5 minutes.
