Iced Orange Coffee

  1. Place the orange peel,water and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the peel and let the syrup cool.
  4. Mix the orange juice with the coffee and syrup.
  5. Add the whipping cream.
  6. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses.
