Ingredients:

  • 1 quart water
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups vodka

Directions:

  1. Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer VERY slowly for 3 hours.
  3. Mixture will be very dark and syrupy.
  4. Cool syrup for 15 minutes, then add vodka and vanilla and stir well.
  5. Pour into jars and seal.
