I Can't Believe Its Vegan Pumpkin Pie!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl.
  3. Mix together all wet ingredients in meduim size bowl.
  4. Gradually mix dry and wet ingredients together.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crusts.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce tempto 350 and bake 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  8. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
  9. Enjoy the best vegan pumpkin pie ever!
