Hungarian Dumplings Again

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour , sifted
  • 3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, eggs, milk or water and salt together.
  2. Scrape bits from a plate into boiling water, or use a dumpling maker.
  3. Cook 15 minutes; rinse with cold water and drain.
  4. Add melted butter.
