Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a 9-inch pie pan, melt butter.
  3. Combine milk, flour, eggs, and nutmeg-leave a little lumpy.
  4. Pour into the buttered pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. When baked, put on a plate, drizzle with remaining butter from the pan, and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Enjoy!
