Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and debeard mussels.
  2. Cook mussels on hickory bbq until open.
  3. Discard any unopened mussels.
  4. Set aside cooked mussels.
  5. Heat oil in saute pan.
  6. Add onion and garlic to oil until golden.
  7. Add lemongrass, fish sauce, water, salt and chile peppers.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Add mussels and basil to mix.
  10. Stir until hot and serve.
