Hot Spicy Shrimps

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram of fresh medium size shrimps, peeled, vained and soaked in lemon juice and a bit of soy sauce.
  • 1 500 ml louisiana red hot sause.
  • 5 small hot green chilli cut in rings with seed and veins.
  • 1 tea spoon white venigar
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar .
  • 2 table spoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 table spoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 mediun size zuchini shreded
  • 4 table spoons vegitable oil

Directions:

  1. In a large frying pan or a wok add the vegitable oil and when hot add the minced garlic and shreded onion, mix and fry for 3 minutes, then add the green chilli and continue frying until the gralic turns slightly golden in color.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, shreded zuchini and stir for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the louisiana host sauce, salt and sugar and continue stirring for and additional 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the shrimps and add to the pan, then add soay sauce, oyster sauce and lemon juice and continue stirring for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the finely chopped cilantro and continue stirring for one more minute.
  6. Remove off the stove and let settle for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with plain steamed white rice.
