Hot Spicy Shrimps

Very spicy oriental shrimp fry or stew. Youe need some rice to go with it and lots of ice cold drinks
Ingredients:
1 kilogram of fresh medium size shrimps, peeled, vained and soaked in lemon juice and a bit of soy sauce.
2 large heads of garlic, peeled and crushed finely
5 large ripe red tomatoes, peled and diced.
1 500 ml louisiana red hot sause.
5 small hot green chilli cut in rings with seed and veins.
1 tea spoon white venigar
1 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon sugar.
2 table spoons oyster sauce
1 table spoon soy sauce
2 table spoons fresh lemon juice
1 large white onion shreded.
1 mediun size zuchini shreded
1 cup cilantro finely chopped
4 table spoons vegitable oil
Directions:
1. In a large frying pan or a wok add the vegitable oil and when hot add the minced garlic and shreded onion, mix and fry for 3 minutes, then add the green chilli and continue frying until the gralic turns slightly golden in color.
2. Add the diced tomatoes, shreded zuchini and stir for another 5 minutes.
3. Add the louisiana host sauce, salt and sugar and continue stirring for and additional 10 minutes.
4. Drain the shrimps and add to the pan, then add soay sauce, oyster sauce and lemon juice and continue stirring for another 5 minutes.
5. Add the finely chopped cilantro and continue stirring for one more minute.
6. Remove off the stove and let settle for 5 minutes.
7. Serve with plain steamed white rice.
