Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 -16 oz) can pear halves in natural juice
  • 1 (15 -16 oz) can peaches , halves
  • 1 (15 -16 oz) apricot halves
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 oz) can bing cherries
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp dried ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Drain fruit well and place in a greased 9x13 pan or casserole dish.
  2. Mix brown sugar, spices and butter. Pour over fruit.
  3. Sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until serving day. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
