Hot Peanut BBQ Sauce

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Place mixture in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Use as a sauce for beef, pork, lamb or vegetables.
