Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Unfold croissant rolls so you have two connected to each other making a square. You should end up with 4 of these.
  2. Spread cream cheese over the croissants.
  3. Place 6 spinach leaves each on top of cream cheese.
  4. Divide ham amongst the croissants and lay flat on top of spinach.
  5. Roll crossant with the layers and then cut into pinwheels.
  6. Bake according to the directions on your croissant container. Every brand varies with time and temperature. I usually cut time in half and then add minutes if I need to so they do not burn.
