Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat-high heat ................
  2. Cook onions, gingerroot, and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring frequently under tender...........................
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except veggies
  4. Cook about 2 minutes , stirring constantly, until hot
  5. Serve dip hot with veggies crackers and bread chunks and chiken tenders
  6. Serves 10- 12
  7. Note ........if the dip thickens up to much you add a few tablespoons of the chicken broth to it !!
