Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and stir in cocoa.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Stir as necessary to keep mixture from boiling over.
  4. Take from heat and let cool until it reaches the desired temperature.
  5. Serve hot or warm over ice cream.
