  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, milk, and worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  2. Stir in crabmeat and onion.
  3. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with assorted crackers/breads.
