Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Grate horseradish in food processor
  2. Switch to chopper blade and pulse.
  3. Add sugar and salt and pulse.
  4. Add vinegar and pulse until well mixed
