Ingredients:

  • 1 tabsp diced onion
  • 1 tabsp butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Place potatoes in a single layer and top with onions.
  2. In a bowl, combine butter, honey, mustard, salt, & pepper and pour over the potatoes.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring once.
