Honey Peanut Brittle

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups raw peanuts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine the honey and the water.
  2. Boil until it reaches the hard crack stage.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour into a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Spread very thinly.
  6. Let it harden.
  7. Break into pieces.
  8. Enjoy!
