Honey Lime Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 limes , juice of
  • 2 limes , zest of
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

Directions:

  1. Mix together and pour over chicken in a gallon ziploc bag. Refrigerate. Marinade for 1 hr to 1 day. Grill chicken over high, uncovered, 5 min on each side. Makes enough for 2 lbs.
