Honey Lemon Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water , plus
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp margarine or 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp dry milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemons , rind of, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Select sweet or basic white cycle.
  3. Remove from pan when done baking and cool on wire rack.
