Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. In small bowl combine ingredients.
  2. Beat with fork or wire wisk until smooth.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve over fresh fruit.
  5. Makes 1 1/2 cups
