Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Remove them from the water and cool them.
  3. When they are cold, remove the shells carefully.
  4. Cut each egg in half.
  5. With a small spoon, remove the yolks and place the yolks in a bowl.
  6. Mash the yolks.
  7. Add the mustard and mix well.
  8. Add the honey and mix well.
  9. Add the sour cream and mix well.
  10. Scoop the yolk mixture back into the eggs (fill the hollows).
  11. Place each half egg on a serving tray.
  12. Garnish with small sprigs of parsley and serve.
