Honey Curried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Melt honey and butter together, mix in mustard and curry(mustard and curry can be adjusted to suit taste). Place chicken pieces in casserole, meaty side down. Pour sauce over meat and bake at 375 degrees F. for 30-40 minutes. Baste often for last 15 to 20 minutes until sauce has thickened.
