Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat honey and butter until creamy but not fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg yok and vanilla.
  3. Combine four, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until well blended.
  5. Mix in pecans and chocolate chips.
  6. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Flatten each cookie with a spoon.
  9. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are dry.
  10. Cool on wire racks.
